OUTSOURCED SCANNING WORK

You have a scanner and the software to index the scanned documents in the cloud, so you can retrieve them with ease when required - otherwise forget about them. But what of the backlog of paperwork that is inhabiting filing cabinets and other space-consuming units throughout the office?

You could work your way through it - your scanner is good for 1000 sheets per day, but that would mean taking one or more people out of more productive work for maybe a long period of time. The alternative is send it to us.

Our sister company, MerlinScan Ltd, has powerful scanners that can eat through huge quantities of hard copy. It also has staff experienced in organizing, preparing, and operating the scanners to produce high-quality digital records, with the know-how to get the job done quickly and efficiently.

Once scanned, they will upload the images to DocuStor and index them to your specification, so they are ready for you to retrieve. For the hard copy, we have regular visits from on-site shredders, so it will be securely destroyed without ever leaving our premises.
